Aufgaben

  • Develop and implement international sales strategies with a focus on digital scalability and multichannel distribution
  • Identify and unlock new market opportunities across Europe and beyond
  • Build and manage relationships with key retail and distribution partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain) to align commercial goals
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to drive strategic sales decisions
  • Support brand development and positioning in the German market and internationally

Profil

  • Proven experience in international sales, ideally within the FMCG or food industry
  • Strong understanding of digital commerce and multichannel sales approaches
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for expanding into new markets
  • Familiarity with retail structures, distribution models, and online sales channels
  • Experience in licensing and product rights is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with products such as nuts, dried fruits, or snacks is a plus
  • Fluent in English (C1/C2); additional languages are welcome.Proven experience in international sales, ideally within the FMCG or food industry

Gehaltsinformationen

  • Attractive compensation package of up to €120,000 all-in, depending on experience
