Stellenangebot: Hardware-in-the-Loop System Simulator (m/f/d)

Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH develops tactical land vehicles with wheeled and tracked drive systems. Against the backdrop of advancing digitalization, software and its verification are playing an increasingly important role.

• Responsibility for real-time simulations for the functional verification of digital systems
• Specification, creation, and maintenance of simulation models with MATLAB Simulink
• Setup and operation of hardware-in-the-loop test benches at (sub)system and system level
• Support for the verification of digital systems at vehicle level
• Commissioning, management, and control of task assignment to external partners

• Degree in electrical engineering, information technology, mechanical engineering, communications engineering, or similar
• Several years of experience with real-time simulation of digital systems and software verification in the context of hardware-in-the-loop and software-in-the-loop
• Expert knowledge of MATLAB Simulink and toolboxes
• Several years of experience with dSPACE products and toolchain
• Experience with simulation of CAN, Ethernet, and EtherCAT protocols
• Experience with FPGA programming is advantageous
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Structured and independent way of working as well as strong teamwork skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally
