Aufgaben

• Development and implementation of integrated media strategies for the CEE region
• Analysis of market trends, target groups and media usage in the respective countries
• Budget planning and control for media investments
• Selection, management and evaluation of media agencies and service providers
• Coordination of cross-media campaigns (TV, digital, print, OOH, social media)
• Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance (KPIs, ROI, reach)
• Close cooperation with local marketing teams and international stakeholders
  

Profil

• Experience in media planning, ideally with a focus on CEE markets (Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia and Romania)
• Deep understanding of media landscapes and consumer behaviour in Eastern Europe
• Experience with media tools and analysis platforms (e.g. Nielsen, GfK, Google Analytics)
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Fluent business english
