Aufgaben

• Manage operational orders and coordinate clinical supply shipments, including drop shipments
• Ensure all shipping documents and licenses comply with country-specific regulations
• Monitor shipments to guarantee timely delivery and proactively resolve disruptions
• Maintain and update country-specific logistics requirements
• Serve as the main point of contact for logistics-related inquiries from stakeholders and partners
• Facilitate communication using dashboards, systems, and data analytics
• Collaborate closely with site logistics teams, including warehousing, transport, and customs
• Support global projects, system monitoring, and performance improvement initiatives

Profil

• Vocational training or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a technical field
• Experience in end-to-end clinical supply chain, logistics, or distribution
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English and German
• Proficiency with IT tools and systems (e.g., customer portals, order entry platforms)
• Ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative, inclusive, and service-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment
