Aufgaben
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) who is committed to executing projects smoothly to help expand RobCo in the USA as a leading provider of automation solutions for SMBs. With over $58 million in funding from renowned VCs like Sequoia Capital and Lightspeed, as well as from top business angels like Daniel Dines and Torsten Reil, we are well positioned to realize our vision.
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) at RobCo, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple complex robot deployment projects simultaneously. However, this position goes far beyond mere project management: you will actively shape the structures and processes that lead our projects to success. Your goal is to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently, on time, and in accordance with the highest quality standards.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate multiple robot deployment projects from conception to delivery, keeping the entire technical lifecycle in mind. 
- Structuring and Process Design: Develop and optimize processes and structures that enhance the efficiency and quality of our project implementations, setting new standards for future projects. 
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams, such as Sales and Product Engineering, as well as external partners, to ensure that all parties are aligned and that project goals are clearly defined and met. 
- Resource Management: Ensure optimal resource utilization and respond flexibly to changes and challenges during the project lifecycle. 
- Risk Management: Identify risks and issues early on and develop strategies to effectively manage them, ensuring project success. 
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive technical advancement and ensure that creative solutions are found for complex challenges. 
Profil
- You hold a completed technical degree or alternatively a degree in another field combined with extensive professional experience in a relevant technical environment utilizing robotics and industrial automation. 
- You have several years of experience in project management of technical projects, ideally in the field of automation or robotics. 
- You have demonstrated ability to document processes and develop procedures to unsure projects run smoothly. 
- You are capable of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously and maintaining an overview even in dynamic environments. 
- You possess strong technical expertise and can translate this into the language of business objectives and customer needs. 
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills and can effectively lead cross-functional teams. 
- You enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are willing to actively contribute to the company’s development.
