- Opening messages and check the message flow during the live show
- Removing abusive comments
- Banning users
- Answering questions in the chat (if not addressed to host/guest)
- Prompting viewers to engage in the chat
- (In case of giveaway) Handle post-show communication with giveaway winners via email
Profil
- Familiar with live streams events and chat messages activities (usually used in all SoMe platforms)
- Strong written communication skills in the show’s languages (spanish language)
- Ability to identify and appropriately handle abusive or inappropriate behavior (onboarding will be done to identify this approach)
- Fast and accurate typing to respond to questions and engage viewers in real-time
- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced live environment
