- Actively consult at all stages of internal investigations, from gathering initial information to analysing evidence
- Take the lead in creating clear, concise, and convincing final investigation reports that accurately present complex findings, legal assessments, and recommendations
- Conduct interviews, analyse documents, and meticulously draft protocols and reports in both English and Portuguese
- Systematic review and analysis of large volumes of documents and data
- Conduct legal and factual research as needed to support investigation findings
Profil
- Experience from a reputable mid-to-large-sized law firm
- Alternatively, solid experience as a Business Jurist with comparable practical experience in investigations is also suitable
- Proven experience in conducting or supporting internal investigations is required
- The ability to clearly, precisely, and convincingly present complex facts in reports and other documents - This is a core requirement for this position
