YOUR TASKS
- Follow up Tier 2 supplier production and deliveries from order to arrival at tower manufacturers
- Build demand‑vs‑capacity plans based on Tier 1 requirements
- Identify risks and drive mitigation and containment actions
- Analyze lead times and identify critical materials
- Evaluate supplier performance focused on on‑time delivery
- Coordinate closely with Global Sourcing, Planning, SQA, Logistics, Quality and Project Management
- Manage stock levels, inventory counting, PO creation and production tracking including supplier visits
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar technical education
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Sourcing
- Strong analytical abilities with a structured and organized working style
- Solid negotiation skills
- Leadership mindset and strong teamwork orientation
- Basic technical understanding
- Strong English skills and ERP experience (SAP), plus advanced Excel and PowerBI knowledge
