Stellenangebot: Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d)

• Coordination and monitoring of incoming and outgoing logistics activities
• Planning and coordination of domestic and international shipments
• Monitoring delivery schedules and ensuring on-time deliveries to customers and production
• Coordination with suppliers, logistics service providers and internal departments to ensure smooth material flow
• Preparation and maintenance of shipping, customs and logistics documentation
• Monitoring inventory movements and supporting warehouse operations when required
• Identification and implementation of logistics process improvements
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, contractual requirements and applicable regulations
• Regular coordination with Production, Procurement, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams

• Successfully completed degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or comparable field of study
• Professional experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation
• Good understanding of logistics processes
• Proven experience ( 2-3 years ) in tariff classification of goods, customs procedures and trade compliance requirements
• Familiarity with RO e-transport requirements and issuance of UIT codes
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is considered an advantage)
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Independent and self-reliant way of working
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to business travel if required
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and Romanian; German language skills are considered an advantage

Location: On-site, at our headquarters in Mediaș, Sibiu County. This is a full-time, office-based position — remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.
