Aufgaben

Install and commission complex technical equipment and systems at customer sites
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, upgrades, and repairs
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hardware, software, and system failures
Carry out warranty and post-warranty service activities
Perform final adjustments, functional tests, and technical handovers
Provide technical advice and support to customers
Conduct technical customer training on equipment operation and maintenance
Select and manage required tools, test equipment, and spare parts
Prepare service, repair, acceptance, and quality documentation
Coordinate service activities with customers and internal departments

Profil

Relevant professional experience
Experience in technical customer service, field service, maintenance, or installation
Strong technical understanding of complex equipment and systems
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and responsibly at customer sites
Strong customer orientation and communication skills
Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and internationally
Good English skills for working in an international environment

Wir bieten

Collectively agreed pay
35 hours per week

Gehaltsinformationen

This position is subject to the GVP collective bargaining agreement. Compensation is based on pay grade 6. Your individual salary will be determined taking into particular consideration your qualifications and professional experience.
