We provide integrated services such as power contracts to provide access to 100% clean electricity. Our global center for technology, innovation and quality is located at our site in Thalheim. From our new office at Südkreuz in Berlin, we manage our sales and distribution as well as the advancement of our services.

• You will be part of the development of highly efficient solar cells and innovative solar modules with a focus on lamination and sealing processes.
• You develop, optimize and implement the processes for encapsulating next-generation solar cells and are responsible in particular for transferring them to production sites worldwide.
• You will evaluate new technologies and system concepts, including testing with global suppliers, and support adaptation work on test machines.
• You will work closely with your colleagues from our Research and Development division on specific issues relating to the new module generations.

• You have a degree, ideally in the field of materials science, natural sciences, engineering or a completed apprenticeship (preferably as a mechatronics engineer) with at least five years of professional experience.
• You have initial professional experience and specialist knowledge / technical knowledge in the area of function, production and concepts of solar modules.
• You also have knowledge of lamination and butyl/hot-melt application.
• You are a strong communicator and have a systematic, analytical way of thinking.
• Very good German and English skills and a willingness to travel worldwide complete your profile.
