We provide integrated services such as power contracts to provide access to 100% clean electricity. Our global center for technology, innovation and quality is located at our site in Thalheim. From our new office at Südkreuz in Berlin, we manage our sales and distribution as well as the advancement of our services.

• Responsible for planning and conducting experiments: You will be responsible for planning, conducting and evaluating experiments to optimize our high-efficiency tandem solar cells, processes and systems.
• Goal-oriented solving of process engineering problems: You solve target-oriented process problems, create and maintain error catalogs and carry out process capability analyses to improve the quality and efficiency of production.
• Close cooperation and technical support: You will work very closely with our international locations, suppliers and partners from industry and research.
• Presentation of work results and introduction of innovations: You present your work results, coordinate trials and experiments with your team and support the introduction of technological innovations.
• Continuous improvement of production quality: With your expertise, you will make a significant contribution to the continuous improvement of our highly efficient tandem solar cells.
• Independent planning and prioritization: You identify and assess current research and development trends in the PV industry and drive their evaluation, optimization and implementation in our international manufacturing facilities.

• You have successfully completed your studies in chemistry or a comparable degree program, ideally with a focus on inorganic or organic chemistry.
• You have a sound knowledge of inorganic or organic chemistry and practical experience in preparative work.
• You have initial professional experience in applied chemistry and process development for semiconductor or photovoltaic products.
• You are characterized by your systematic and analytical way of working as well as your ability to deal with conflict and assert yourself.
• As an organizational talent, strong communicator and team player with excellent English and German language skills, you are ideally equipped for international assignments.
